野生动物学报, 2020 为确定潍坊市某动物园白冠长尾雉（Syrmaticus reevesii）死亡病因，从患病白冠长尾雉肝脏、关节渗出液病料中分离到1株细菌，通过细菌分离培养、形态学镜检、生化试验，初步鉴定为金黄色葡萄球菌（Staphylococcus aureus）。用PCR方法扩增分离菌株的16S rRNA基因，获得大小约为1500 bp的目的片段。经BLAST比对分析表明，与其同源性最高的均为金黄色葡萄球菌各株系的16S rRNA序列，同源性高达992%以上，进一步证明分离菌株是金黄色葡萄球菌。以1 mL/只（1 ...
