κ-deformed oscillators, the choice of star product and free κ-deformed quantum fields [PDF]
The aim of this paper is to study in D = 4 the general framework providing various κ-deformations of field oscillators and consider the commutator function of the corresponding κ-deformed free fields.

ERBIN limits epithelial cell plasticity via suppression of TGF‐β signaling
In breast and lung cancer patients, low ERBIN expression correlates with poor clinical outcomes. Here, we show that ERBIN inhibits TGF‐β‐induced epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in NMuMG breast and A549 lung adenocarcinoma cell lines. ERBIN suppresses TGF‐β/SMAD signaling and reduces TGF‐β‐induced ERK phosphorylation.

Three Natural Generalizations of Fedosov Quantization
Fedosov's simple geometrical construction for deformation quantization of symplectic manifolds is generalized in three ways without introducing new variables: (1) The base manifold is allowed to be a supermanifold.

Gauge field theories with covariant star-product [PDF]
A noncommutative gauge theory is developed using a covariant star-product between differential forms defined on a symplectic manifold, considered as the space-time. It is proven that the field strength two-form is gauge covariant and satisfies a deformed

Exploring lipid diversity and minimalism to define membrane requirements for synthetic cells
Designing the lipid membrane of synthetic cells is a complex task, in which its various roles (among them solute transport, membrane protein support, and self‐replication) should all be integrated. In this review, we report the latest top‐down and bottom‐up advances and discuss compatibility and complexity issues of current engineering approaches ...

Exponential Formulas and Lie Algebra Type Star Products
Given formal differential operators $F_i$ on polynomial algebrain several variables $x_1,...,x_n$, we discuss finding expressions $K_l$ determined by the equation $exp(sum_i x_i F_i)(exp(sum_j q_j x_j)) = exp(sum_l K_l x_l)$ and their applications.

STAR PRODUCT AND INTERACTING FIELDS ON κ-MINKOWSKI SPACE [PDF]
In this note we extend the methods developed by Freidel et al.20 to derive the form of ϕ4 interaction term in the case of scalar field theory on κ-Minkowski space, defined in terms of star product. We present explicit expressions for the κ-Minkowski star
