Accuracy of Stark Broadening Calculations for Ionic Emitters
Physical Review Letters, 1998The standard static-ion impact electron theory of line broadening is assessed with a calculation of the He II P-alpha line over a broad range of plasma conditions. Ion dynamics, an improved electron collision operator, and accurate atomic physics are included in the computation.

Stark Broadening of Neutral Helium Lines in a Plasma
Physical Review, 1962The frequency distributions of spectral lines of nonhydrogenic atoms broadened by local fields of both electrons and ions in a plasma are calculated in the classical path approximation. The electron collisions are treated by an impact theory which takes into account deviations from adiabaticity.

On the Stark broadening of Co II spectral lines
Astronomical and astrophysical transactions, 2016Stark full widths at half maximum for 12 Co II multiplets have been calculated using modified semiempirical method. The obtained results have been also used to demonstrate the importance of Stark broadening mechanism in DB white dwarfs.
