Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Ixazomib inhibits proteasome‐mediated degradation of topoisomerase I induced by irinotecan, thereby restoring drug sensitivity and promoting tumor cell death in colorectal cancer. Irinotecan, a topoisomerase I (topoI) inhibitor, is widely used for colorectal cancer, but resistance remains a major clinical challenge.

On the outer atmospheres of hybrid stars
The Astrophysical Journal, 1985 Deep exposures with the IUE satellite have been obtained in order to search for high-temperature emission from stars with cool winds. Iota Aur and Theta Her are confirmed as hybrid stars, and an additional hybrid object, Gamma Aql, has been discovered.

Targeting TNBC: core–shell polycationic polyurea dendrimers with inherent anticancer activity
FEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.Core–shell polycationic PURE dendrimers were tested in TNBC‐derived tumor models. Both formulations selectively targeted TNBC and effectively reduced tumor volume. PUREG4‐OEI48 suppressed tumor growth without detectable toxicity, whereas PUREG4‐OCEI24, despite showing efficacy, induced hepatic toxicity.

Radiation and string atmosphere for relativistic stars
Physical Review D, 1998 We extend the Vaidya radiating metric to include both a radiation field and a string fluid. Assuming diffusive transport for the string fluid, we find new analytic solutions of Einstein's field equations. Our new solutions represent an extention of Xanthopoulos superposition.

FEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.Clinical analysis reveals significant dysregulation of FGFRL1 in esophageal cancer (EC) patients. RNAi‐coupled next‐generation sequencing (NGS) and in vitro study reveal FGFRL1‐mediated EC progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and Notch pathways. Functional assays confirm its role in tumor growth, migration, and invasion.
