This study demonstrates a breakthrough in overcoming the conventional fatigue limit ceiling in high‐strength as‐quenched martensitic steel; maximum stress corresponding to the fatigue limit significantly increased from 675 to 1300 MPa with minimal sacrifice in tensile strength (1.5–1.6 GPa).

The first observation of superconductivity in a bulk MEN TiNbTaN3 with Tc ≈ 10 K at ambient pressure and the electronic specific heat coefficient γ(H) exhibits nonlinear H‐dependence behavior, which is similar to other well‐studied multigap superconductors is reported.

Quantum Thermalization Dynamics of Fermi Gases Quenched to the BEC‐BCS Crossover
This study, reporting the first experimental realization of interaction quench far faster than the Fermi timescale in fermionic many‐body systems, explores real‐time quantum thermalization dynamics in the BEC‐BCS crossover. It observes prethermal states with distinct lifetimes after quantum quench, uncovers universal prethermal scaling, and observes ...

In this work, the authors systematically investigate how Ni substitution regulates the magneto‐structural coupling and their functional consequences in the MnCoGe‐based compounds. Geometric nonlinear theory analysis reveals that Ni modification change of magneto‐structural transition can alleviate the lattice incompatibility, thereby broadening the ...

Metallic Bond Induces Soft Phonon Mode and Anharmonicity in Heusler Alloy
The fruitful functional performances of metastable Heusler alloys originate from the martensitic transformation driven by the transverse acoustic soft phonon mode, regulated by anharmonicity. This study reveals that the long‐range interaction rooted in metallic bonding between spin‐down d‐orbitals of Ni─Ni induces phonon softening and significant ...
