Phytohormone brassinosteroid‐induced gene regulation by the transcription factor BIL1/BZR1 involves redox‐dependent DNA‐binding alternation and interaction with the transcription factor PIF4. The reduced BIL1/BZR1 dimer binds preferred cis‐elements, while oxidation alters its oligomerization state and disrupts DNA‐binding ability.

Structural dynamics of the plant hormone receptor ETR1 in a native‐like membrane environment
The present study unveils the structural and signaling dynamics of ETR1, a key plant ethylene receptor. Using an optimized nanodisc system and solution NMR, we captured full‐length ETR1 in a native‐like membrane environment. Our findings reveal dynamic domain uncoupling and Cu(I)‐induced rigidification, providing the first evidence of metal‐triggered ...

Decomposition of Complete Multigraphs Into Stars and Cycles
Let k be a positive integer, Sk and Ck denote, respectively, a star and a cycle of k edges. λKn is the usual notation for the complete multigraph on n vertices and in which every edge is taken λ times.

Evolution of two stellar populations in globular clusters II. Effects of primordial gas expulsion
We investigate the early evolution of two distinct populations of low-mass stars in globular clusters under the influence of primordial gas expulsion driven by supernovae to study if this process can increase the fraction of second generation stars at ...

A working model for cytoplasmic assembly of H/ACA snoRNPs
Dyskerin is the component of nuclear H/ACA ribonucleoproteins (RNPs) endowed with pseudouridine synthase catalytic activity. Two isoforms of human dyskerin have been characterized: the abundant Iso1, mainly nuclear, and the shorter Iso3, mainly cytoplasmic but occasionally imported into nuclei.

Discovery of a Long Thermonuclear X-Ray Burst from the Ultracompact Binary 4U 1850–087
We report the detection of a long X-ray burst from the ultracompact binary 4U 1850–087. The type I X-ray burst was observed on MJD 60171.65 by the Monitor of All-sky X-ray Image and Neutron Star Interior Composition Explorer (NICER). We analyze the NICER

Saturation Spectrum of Paths and Stars
A graph G is H-saturated if H is not a subgraph of G but the addition of any edge from G̅ to G results in a copy of H. The minimum size of an H-saturated graph on n vertices is denoted sat(n,H), while the maximum size is the well studied extremal number,
