Multi‐Functional ZnO–Te Heterojunction Devices Enabling Compact Frequency Quadrupler
Advanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.Wafer‐scale ZnO–Te heterojunction devices featuring tunable double negative differential transconductance (D‐NDT) are demonstrated at ≤ 200°C.
