Benchmarking Neural Decoding Backbones towards Enhanced On-edge iBCI Applications
Traditional invasive Brain-Computer Interfaces (iBCIs) typically depend on neural decoding processes conducted on workstations within laboratory settings, which prevents their everyday usage. Implementing these decoding processes on edge devices, such as

Decoding Spatial Heterogeneity and Multi‐Omics Regulation with Hierarchical Graph Learning
ABSTRACT Recent advances in spatial multi‐omics technologies have enabled the simultaneous profiling of multiple molecular layers within the same tissue slice, providing unprecedented opportunities to investigate tissue spatial organization. However, most existing computational methods identify spatial domains in a purely data‐driven manner, rarely ...

RNA structural profiling of Turnip Yellow Mosaic Virus by DMS‐MaPseq and DREEM analyses uncover that viral genome‐wide RSS is highly complicated and heterogeneous, with alternative RSSs widely distributed across the genome. Notably, the viral 3’ tRNA‐like structure adopts alternative conformations in vivo.
