States on hyper MV-algebras

Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems, 2016
In this paper, we introduce and study states on hyper MV -algebras. First, we introduce the notions of Riečan states and Bosbach states on a hyper MV -algebra and derive some properties of them. Also, we investigate and characterize regular Riečan states and regular Bosbach states on a hyper

States on Pseudo MV-Algebras

Studia Logica, 2001
MV-algebras are an algebraic counterpart of Łukasiewicz infinite-valued propositional logic. By D. Mundici, they are in a one-to-one correspondence with unital abelian lattice-ordered groups (\(\ell \)-groups). Pseudo MV-algebras are a non-commutative generalization of MV-algebras, and \textit{A. Dvurečenskij} [``Pseudo MV-algebras are intervals in \(l\

On States on Fuzzy MV-algebra

2020
Some MV-algebras generated by families of fuzzy sets are considered. On the fuzzy MV-algebras a representation theorem is presented as well as a theorem of an invariant state in the case that the basic set is a locally compact topological group.

States on Polyadic MV-algebras

Studia Logica, 2010
The paper generalises Gaifman's approach to probabilistic models of first-order classical logic to the case of first-order Łukasiewicz infinite-valued logic. The paper is structured as follows: Section 2 recalls fundamental notions of the theory of MV-algebras, which constitutes the algebraic semantics of propositional Łukasiewicz logic, while Section ...

Good and Bad Infinitesimals, and States on Pseudo MV-algebras

Order, 2004
Pseudo MV-algebras are a noncommutative generalization of MV-algebras. States on pseudo MV-algebras are analogues of probability measures. In contrast to MV-algebras, there are pseudo MV-algebras having no states. By a crucial result of the second author, pseudo MV-algebras can be represented as intervals of unital \(\ell \)-groups.

States on semi-divisible generalized residuated lattices reduce to states on MV-algebras

Fuzzy Sets and Systems, 2008
The authors continue their study of the set MV\((L)\) of complemented elements of a residuated lattice \(L\) [Soft Comput. 12, No.~4, 353--357 (2008; Zbl 1138.06006)]. Such structures are related to mathematical fuzzy logic as well as to extended probability theory.

State radical ideals in state MV-algebras

Journal of Algebraic Hyperstructures and Logical Algebras
In this paper, the notions of prime state ideals and state semi-maximal ideals of state MV -algebras are introduced. We prove prime state ideal theorem and we show that a state MV -algebra A is semi-simple if and only if A has no state infinitesimals.

Representation and extension of states on MV-algebras

Archive for Mathematical Logic, 2005
The paper deals with the representation of finitely additive states on Archimedean MV-algebras, which are isomorphic with the clan of continuous fuzzy functions on a compact Hausdorff topological space via integrals. In addition, it is shown that every finitely additive measure on a Boolean subalgebra of an MV-algebra can be extended to a finite state (
