Delocalized state of exception

Leaning on Agamben's concept of the normalized state of exception, the paper will analyse the emergance of zones where the normal state and the state of exception are directly overlapped. The paper will show that, in the contrary to standard opinion, these zones are not just localized at asylum centers, camps or borders.
