State primary standard of the unit of electric resistance ? Ohm
Measurement Techniques, 1971The following conclusions can be made as a result of investigations of the state standard of the unit of resistance. 1. The state resistance standard ensures maintenance of the unit of resistance and the assignment of its value to secondary standards with an error error of 1 · 10−7, which indicates a sufficiently high metrological level.

Standards for Primary-Grade Reading: An Analysis of State Frameworks
The Elementary School Journal, 1999The purpose of this article is to analyze state standards for early reading/language arts from 2 perspectives-what is known about standards and what is known about early reading. Guided by criteria that address equity, content, and specificity established by the Council of Chief State School Officers in collaboration with 9 other educational ...

State Primary Standards in the Area of Radiometry of Ultraviolet Radiation
Measurement Techniques, 2005The present article describes the system used for assurance of the uniformity of measurements of the characteristics of ultraviolet radiation in the wavelength band 0.03–0.40 μm for radiation sources and receivers based on the State Primary Standards of the unit of spectral density of radiance as well as the unit of radiant flux and unit of irradiance.

State primary standard for the unit of direct current, the ampere
Measurement Techniques, 1995The new state primary standard for direct current is described, together with its block diagram and accuracy parameters. The accuracy of realization is improved by two orders of magnitude (standard deviation 5–10−8, residual systematic error 2·10−7). The range of current realization in the standardis extended to 10−16 A.

Modernized state primary standards of the units of thermal quantities
Measurement Techniques, 2009The content and results of efforts to modernize the three State Primary Standards of the units of temperature in the 0–3000°C range and also of the standards of thermal conductivity and coefficient of linear expansion of solids, stored at the Mendeleev Research Institute of Metrology, are described.

A reference-voltage set and a Josephson-voltage converter developed at the D. L Mendelev All-Union Scientific-Research Institute of Metrology extend the range of reproducible voltages to 0.1–10 V. The error of reproducing and transferring the unit in the range 6–10 V by means of solid-state standards as well as digital voltmeters is less than 9.4·10−9.

A primary standard of voltage maintained in solid-state references
IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, 1987In September 1984, the 54 saturated standard cells which had been used to maintain the Fluke corporate volt were removed from service and placed in storage. Since that time, Fluke's corporate volt has been maintained in 4 solid-state, 10-V references. Discarding the cells has much reduced the time and cost of maintaining the standard, has significantly
