Eye quietness and quiet eye in expert and novice golf performance: an electrooculographic analysis [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
Quiet eye (QE) is the final ocular fixation on the target of an action (e.g., the ball in golf putting). Camerabased eye-tracking studies have consistently found longer QE durations in experts than novices; however, mechanisms underlying QE are not known.

A self‐determination approach towards capitalising on autonomy and innovative work behaviour in task performance

open access: yesCreativity and Innovation Management, Volume 34, Issue 4, Page 978-990, December 2025.

Mechanistic Insights Into Recurrent Implantation Failure: The Lactate–H3K18la–SLC7A11 Axis Explored via Endometrial Organoid and Blastoid–Endometrial Cell Implantation Models

open access: yesCell Proliferation, EarlyView.
Clinical samples first revealed impaired lactate synthesis in RIF patients. Subsequently, using endometrial organoids and a blastoid‐endometrial cell implantation model, we demonstrated that lactate enhances endometrial receptivity via H3K18la‐mediated SLC7A11 activation.

A Systematic Review on Generative AI in L2 Speaking Development From a Self‐Determination Theory Perspective

open access: yesInternational Journal of Applied Linguistics, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Second or foreign language (L2) speaking is a key aspect of L2 competence. While GenAI shows potential to address challenges in L2 speaking development, its role remains insufficiently understood. Self‐Determination Theory (SDT) could explain student language learning engagement. Therefore, this systematic review examines how GenAI affordances
