Fuzzy logic based supplementary controller for static synchronous series compensator

2005 International Conference on Future Power Systems, 2005This paper presents a detailed simulation model of the static synchronous series compensator for the real time digital simulator. The RTDS is a fully digital electromagnetic transients power system simulator that operates in real time and replaces the previous generation of network analyzers which were based on analog technology.
