Our concern is with existence and regularity of the stationary compressible viscous Navier–Stokes equations with no-slip condition on convex polygonal domains. Note that [u,p]=[0,c], c a constant, is the eigenpair for the singular value λ=1 of the Stokes

In this paper, the study of components (quasi-stationary, history, and added mass forces) of the hydrodynamic force in several cases of rectilinear motion of the sphere at relatively low Reynolds numbers (5 < Re < 300) has been carried out.

Shape optimization of spatial chemostat models
In this work, we study the shape optimization of a continuous bioreactor in which a substrate is degraded by a microbial ecosystem in a nonhomogeneous environment.

Noncompact free boundary problems for the plane stationary Navier-Stokes equations
The two-dimensional flow of a steady, incompressible fluid flowing under the gravity down an inclined perturbed plane is considered. The solvability of this problem is proved. Moreover, it is shown that the perturbed flow decays exponentially to the Poiseuille-Nusselt flow which is the solution of the nonperturbed problem. The proof of these results is

Numerical verification of stationary solutions for Navier–Stokes problems
We present a numerical method to enclose stationary solutions of the Navier–Stokes equations, especially 2-D driven cavity problem with regularized boundary condition. Our method is based on the infinite dimensional Newton's method by estimating the inverse of the corresponding linearized operator.
