Toward Generative Machine Learning for Boosting Ensembles of Climate Simulations
Abstract Accurately quantifying uncertainty in predictions and projections arising from irreducible internal climate variability is critical for decision‐making. Such uncertainty is typically assessed using ensembles produced with climate models. However, computational constraints impose a trade‐off between generating large ensembles required for ...

Abstract Knowledge of species distributions is essential for informing policies on nature conservation and restoration. However, updating them on a regular basis and doing so in a harmonized manner at the international level is difficult. The European Bird Census Council integrated national monitoring data covering 5 years to update farmland bird ...

Abstract Procedural, distributional, recognitional, and epistemic justice aspects of conservation interventions are well documented in contexts where pastoralism is a key livelihood and way of life. Geospatial analyses and representations of wildlife conservation and restoration that are increasingly applied in pastoralist rangeland socioecological ...

In the face of environmental contamination to copper, mainly resulting from frequent copper‐based fungicide applications, it is crucial to understand the side effects of these pesticides on non‐target organisms to improve pest management. Trichogramma cordubensis, used as a biological control agent against grape berry moths in vineyards, shows strongly

We assessed alpha‐ and beta‐diversity patterns of spiders across different forests and across vegetation layers (ground, shrub, low canopy) at local spatial scales across various Mediterranean forest types. Across forests, alpha‐diversity increased with habitat heterogeneity, which also drove beta‐diversity patterns across plots .
