La participación y el control del proceso decisorio europeo por las Comunidades Autónomas tras la Ley 38/2010 y la Declaración de Trento de 2010

open access: yesRevista Vasca de Administración Pública, 2011
After the statutory reforms of the period 2006-2011, initiated in the Autonomous Community of Valencia and that, recently, has reached to Statute of Autonomy of Extremadura, and once entered into force the Treaty of Lisbon of 13 December 2007 on December

One‐Dimensional Materials Supported in Two‐Dimensional Van der Waals Metal–Organic Frameworks with Optical Anisotropy Switching via Twist‐Engineering

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We introduce a molecular strategy to assemble one‐dimensional (1D) materials into two‐dimensional (2D) van der Waals metal–organic frameworks (MOFs). Crystals of [FeX(pzX)(bpy)] (X = Cl, F) form anisotropic 2D layers that can be mechanically exfoliated into thin sheets.

LA REALITAT DE L’ESTAT AUTONÒMIC REFLECTIDA EN LES SENTÈNCIES DEL TRIBUNAL CONSTITUCIONAL 130/2013 I 135/2013, RELATIVES A LA LLEI GENERAL DE SUBVENCIONS [PDF]

open access: yesRevista d'Estudis Autonòmics i Federals, 2014
This article analyses two different judgements of the Spanish Constitutional Court (judgments 130/2013 and 135/2013 on the Act 38/2003 on public subsidies) with the objective to highlight how they reflect some of the key aspects of the functioning of the

Topology and Material Optimization in Ultra‐Soft Magneto‐Active Structures: Making Advantage of Residual Anisotropies

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Residual magnetization induces pronounced mechanical anisotropy in ultra‐soft magnetorheological elastomers, shaping deformation and actuation even without external magnetic fields. This study introduces a computational‐experimental framework integrating magneto‐mechanical coupling into topology optimization for designing soft magnetic actuators with ...

Lugo Press during Galician Statute of Autonomy (1936)

open access: yes, 2011

Gapless Superconductivity From Extremely Dilute Magnetic Disorder in 2H‐NbSe2‐xSx

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We demonstrate that 2H‐NbSe2‐xSx hosts gapless superconductivity at unexpectedly low magnetic impurity concentrations. Combining STM, Bogoliubovde Gennes simulations, DFT, and quasiparticle interference, we comprehensively study the development of gapless behavior and show that SeS substitution reshapes the band structure, enhances nesting, and drives ...

Beyond Earth: Resilience of Quasi‐2D Perovskite Solar Cells in Space

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
In the article (DOI: 10.1002/adma.202520433), Christoph Putz and co‐workers demonstrate rigid quasi‐2D perovskite solar cells operating in low Earth orbit, delivering stable power for more than 100 days under real‐space conditions. In‐orbit performance is correlated with extensive ground‐based thermal and proton‐irradiation studies on rigid and ...

Recent Advances in Electrospun Nanofibers for Triboelectric Nanogenerators: Performance Enhancement Strategies and Emerging Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This review highlights recent advances in electrospun nanofiber‐based triboelectric nanogenerators, emphasizing how material design, fiber architecture, and interface engineering collectively enhance output performance and mechanical durability. Key developments in porous, aligned, core‐shell, and hierarchical nanofibers are discussed alongside ...

Neuromorphic Electronics for Intelligence Everywhere: Emerging Devices, Flexible Platforms, and Scalable System Architectures

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
The perspective presents an integrated view of neuromorphic technologies, from device physics to real‐time applicability, while highlighting the necessity of full‐stack co‐optimization. By outlining practical hardware‐level strategies to exploit device behavior and mitigate non‐idealities, it shows pathways for building efficient, scalable, and ...
