STCW-F 1995 is a safety requirement for all fishing personnel. To preserve Terengganu fishing industry, all the fishing vessel personnel must have a basic precaution for safety at sea as mentioned in STCW-F. The objective of this research is to identify the perception from Malaysian fishermen on the implementation of STCW-F to Malaysia fishing industry.
