Engineering peptides into antibodies—opportunities and strategies for therapeutic innovation
Peptides and antibodies occupy complementary therapeutic niches. Peptides recognize difficult targets in a compact format, while antibodies add specificity, long half‐life, and effector functions. This review examines strategies that merge both modalities—peptide grafting into loops, terminal and Fc fusions, and bioconjugation—highlighting how ...

Z2Z4-Additive Perdect Codes in Steganography [PDF]
Steganography is an information hiding application which aims to hide secret data imperceptibly into a cover object. In this paper, we describe a novel coding method based on Z2Z4-additive codes in which data is embedded by distorting each cover ...

Multidisciplinary approach to modern digital steganography
Steganography is the art of secret writing. The purpose of steganography is to hide the presence of a message from the intruder by using state-of-the-art methods, algorithms, architectures, models, and methodologies in the domains of cloud, internet of ...

Hashing, pooling and coding: towards optimal embedding in linguistic steganography [PDF]
The goal of steganography, the art of hiding information, is to send hidden messages without revealing their existence to outside observers. So-called cover objects are modified to convey the payload, the hidden message.

Arabic Language Text Steganography Based on Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) [PDF]
With the fast development of internet innocent over communication in the network environment has become an important research direction. Steganography means that secret information is embedded into cover data imperceptibly for transmission.

Golgi enzymes are retrieved from the plasma membrane to the trans‐Golgi network
Golgi enzymes are traditionally considered resident proteins retained within the Golgi apparatus. Here, we demonstrate that a subset transiently reaches the cell surface and is subsequently retrieved to the trans‐Golgi network via retrograde transport. Using a nanobody‐based toolkit, we uncover a dynamic trafficking cycle of several Golgi enzymes.

Secret Channel using Video Steganography
Video steganography is about hiding the secret message into the video as the cover media. Steganography is a technique use to secure the transmission of secret information or hide their existence.

Ligand‐dependent transcriptional heterogeneity in cell cycle gene expression delays G1/S entry
EGF and HRG induce distinct G1/S progression programs in ErbB2‐amplified BT474 breast cancer cells. Despite activating the potent ErbB2–ErbB3 heterodimer, HRG does not accelerate cell‐cycle entry. Instead, EGF promotes earlier restriction‐point passage via ERK–FOS signaling, whereas HRG activates the AKT–MYC axis, driving transcriptional heterogeneity ...

Emerging experimental and computational methods for studying redox‐regulated structural transitions
Redox reactions can reshape proteins and alter how they behave in cells, with important consequences for health and disease. This review explores emerging experimental and computational approaches for discovering these redox‐sensitive protein switches, revealing their structural effects, and predicting their behavior, opening new opportunities to ...

An audio steganography algorithm based on segment-STC
In steganography field, syndrome-trellis code is a state-of-the-art steganography algorithm. A steganography algorithm of Segment-STC was proposed. Segment-STC could locally optimize the distortion by segmentation.
