Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) improved knee osteoarthritis (KOA) in rats by regulating interleukin‐1β (IL‐1β), IL‐6, and IL‐8 expressions and the bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP‐2)/transforming growth factor β (TGF‐β) signaling pathway.

Ketazine‐Linked Covalent Organic Framework for Metal‐Free Electrocatalytic Nitrate‐to‐Ammonia Conversion

A metal‐free fluorinated ketazine‐linked COF is introduced as an efficient electrocatalyst for nitrate reduction to ammonia under neutral conditions. Fluorine substitution enhances π–π stacking and crystallinity, enabling a Faradaic efficiency of 59.9% and an NH3 yield rate of 1639.9 µmol h−1 mgCOF−1 at −0.9 V versus RHE. Identification and validation of fecal complement component 3 and fibronectin as potential biomarkers for monitoring disease activity in ulcerative colitis based on a mouse model

This study demonstrated elevated levels of fecal component 3 (C3) and fibronectin (FN) in an ulcerative colitis (UC) mouse model. Importantly, fecal C3 exhibited a stronger correlation with disease activity than the clinically used fecal calprotectin (FC).
