Policy Points Canada and the United States have not failed for want of accountability mechanisms in health governance. They have failed because accountability is repeatedly invoked where attribution and answerability are not already standing, so the result is the punishment of visible individuals rather than structural correction.

Angio‐IMR in Assessing CMD in STEMI Patients. A study of 123 OPTIMA‐5 STEMI patients found that a single bolus of half‐dose r‐SAK before primary PCI may help to improve post‐PCI angio‐IMR and reduce MVO and IS. Post‐PCI angio‐IMR also exhibited moderate diagnostic accuracy for MVO, MVO > 2.6%, and IS > 25%.

Why should biparental care exist if offspring fare just as well when only one parent is present? In the facultatively dependent burying beetle, Nicrophorus vespilloides, manipulating environmental quality reveals that biparental care benefits offspring in form of lower personal immune requirement and parents in term of weight gain.
