TWO-PHOTON STEREOLITHOGRAPHY

Journal of Nonlinear Optical Physics & Materials, 2007
Two-photon stereolithography based on photopolymerization provides the ability to fabricate real three-dimensional (3D) microstructures beyond the resolution of focal size. In this paper, our recent research focusing on improvement of spatial resolution in two-photon stereolithography is reviewed.

Excimer lamp stereolithography

SPIE Proceedings, 2000
For the laser stereo-lithography, a XeCl excimer lamp with cylindrical tube has been adopted to achieve a lower cost type UV light source. Because of excellent high output efficiency, it is possible to be down sizing of a power supplier and a lamp head and to be air-cooling. And moreover to extract the maximum output power and efficiency, we applied an

Design for stereolithography

Proceedings of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Part C: Journal of Mechanical Engineering Science, 2000
This paper analyses the causes of errors in stereolithography with a view to deriving methods to compensate for those errors. Two types of errors are discussed: those due to the process of approximating the part and those arising during the building and finishing of the part.

Infrared Laser Stereolithography

2011
Infrared laser stereolithography is a new process of stereolithography, substantially different from those already existents; that uses an infrared laser (carbon dioxide laser) to localize the curing reaction of a thermo-sensitive materials building the desired three-dimensional (3D) shape.
