常同行動を理解する手立ての一種として、覚醒調節仮説がある。本研究では、自閉症児2名を対象として、覚醒調節仮説を検証することを目的とした。覚醒水準の指標として心拍数値を用い、常同行動出現前後の心拍変動を測定した。その結果、一日を通して生起した常同行動では、覚醒調節仮説を支持する結果が得られなかったが、授業ごとに生起した常同行動を分けた場合では、覚醒調節仮説をほぼ支持する結果となった。また、常同行動出現前心拍数が低心拍の場合の方が、高心拍に比べ、より覚醒調節仮説を支持する結果となった。これらの結果より、1 ...
