Laparoscopic tubal sterilization
American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, 1971Abstract Refinement of endoscopic equipment and technique as well as an increased demand for surgical sterilization has resulted in a renewed interest in laparoscopic tubal sterilization. In the past 2 years, 186 patients have had coagulation and cutting of the Fallopian tubes done in association with laparoscopy.
