Zentralblatt fur Gynakologie, 1992In animal experiments a new technique for tubal reanastomoses has been developed, applicable endoscopically. The first results in humans indicate that this new technique may be an alternative to "classical" microsurgery in selected cases. But more data are necessary to evaluate the role of this new method in the field of reconstructive tubal surgery.
