Tubal ligation should be performed near the juncture of the isthmus with the ampulla and opposite an avascular window in the broad ligament. Under NIR irradiation, PTCPP generates ROS to eliminate MRSA biofilms and promote M1 macrophage polarization for phagocytosis.
