Graphical abstract of the characterization of Brazil nut flour (BNF) and the impact of its addition on the nutritional and sensory properties of gluten‐free and low‐sugar cookies. The results show that BNF contributed to an improved nutritional quality of the cookies and enhanced overall product acceptance.

ABSTRACT In this study, hydrogels based on [2‐(Methacryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride (MOEAMCl) and methacrylamide (MAAm) were synthesized for the removal of anionic dyes from aqueous solutions. Following detailed characterization, the use of hydrogels for methyl orange (MO) adsorption was investigated.

Improving Oxygen Barrier Performance of Polylactide Film by Using Bleached and Unbleached Nanocellulose From Grape Pomace
