This study proposes an integrated fuzzy BWM‐TOPSIS framework for sustainable and resilient supplier selection in the Industry 5.0 era. Results show that sustainability, resilience, and human‐centric criteria jointly account for nearly half of supplier evaluation importance, significantly influencing ranking outcomes.
