Flow, Wind, and Stochastic Connectivity Modeling Infectious Diseases [PDF]
We study in this paper the trends of the evolution of different infections using a SIR flow (first-order ODE system), completed by a differential inclusion, a geodesic motion in a gyroscopic field of forces, and a stochastic SIR perturbation of the flow (

On the Relationship Between Solutions of Stochastic and Random Differential Inclusions [PDF]
Some results on the relationship of the solutions of a stochastic di erential inclusion and the corresponding random di erential inclusion obtained after a change of variable are proved. As a consequence, we obtain the pullback convergence of the solutions of the stochastic inclusion to a compact random set.

Stochastic differential equation model for cerebellar granule cell excitability. [PDF]
Neurons in the brain express intrinsic dynamic behavior which is known to be stochastic in nature. A crucial question in building models of neuronal excitability is how to be able to mimic the dynamic behavior of the biological counterpart accurately and

Stochastic differential inclusions and diffusion processes [PDF]
The connexion between weak solutions of stochastic differential inclusions and solutions of partial differential inclusions are explored. The results are facilitated by the use of an appropriate continuous approximation selection theorem.

Remarks on Differential Inclusion limits of Stochastic Approximation [PDF]
For stochastic approximation algorithms with discontinuous dynamics, it is shown that under suitable distributional assumptions, the interpolated iterates track a Fillipov solution of the limiting differential inclusion. In addition, we give an alternative control theoretic approach to recent results of [7] on certain limiting empirical measures ...

Random fixed points and random differential inclusions [PDF]
In this paper, first, we study random best approximations to random sets, using fixed point techniques, obtaining this way stochastic analogues of earlier deterministic results by Browder-Petryshyn, KyFan and Reich. Then we prove two fixed point theorems

Stochastic Approximations and Differential Inclusions, Part II: Applications [PDF]
We apply the theoretical results on “stochastic approximations and differential inclusions” developed in Benaïm et al. [M. Benaïm, J. Hofbauer, S. Sorin. 2005. Stochastic approximations and differential inclusions. SIAM J. Control Optim. 44 328–348] to several adaptive processes used in game theory, including classical and generalized approachability,

Time lag analysis of novel arithmetic modeling in breast cancer [PDF]
In this paper, a mathematical model which considers population dynamics among infected and uninfected cancer tumor cells has been proposed. Delay differential equations have been utilized to demonstrate the framework to consider the periods of the cell ...
