Stochastic Time Evolution, Information Geometry, and the Cramér-Rao Bound

open access: yesPhysical Review X, 2020
We investigate the connection between the time evolution of averages of stochastic quantities and the Fisher information and its induced statistical length.

Stochastic multi-symplectic Runge-Kutta methods for stochastic Hamiltonian PDEs [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2018
In this paper, we consider stochastic Runge-Kutta methods for stochastic Hamiltonian partial differential equations and present some sufficient conditions for multisymplecticity of stochastic Runge-Kutta methods of stochastic Hamiltonian partial differential equations.

Geometry‐Assisted Phase Selection: Interplay of Phase Heterogeneity and Geometry in Gyroid Shell Metamaterials Printed with 17‐4 PH Stainless Steel

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This study explores geometry‐driven phase evolution in gyroid shell metamaterials made via laser powder bed fusion of 17‐4 precipitation hardened stainless steel. Locally hardened regions develop along the primary loading paths in the structure, which finite element analysis and geometric considerations link to enhanced gyroid strength.

Exploring Stochastic Mean Curvature Flow on Networks Using Ito Calculus [PDF]

open access: yes
In this paper, we investigate the stochastic mean curvature flow (SMCF) on networks, a niche area within stochastic processes and geometric analysis. By applying Ito calculus, we analyze the evolution of network structures influenced by random perturbations.

Discrete space-time geometry and skeleton conception of particle dynamics [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
It is shown that properties of a discrete space-time geometry distinguish from properties of the Riemannian space-time geometry. The discrete geometry is a physical geometry, which is described completely by the world function. The discrete geometry is nonaxiomatizable and multivariant. The equivalence relation is intransitive in the discrete geometry.
