Alkyltriphenylphosphonium Binding to Cardiolipin Triggers Oncosis in Cancer Cells

Alkyltriphenylphosphonium, exemplified by TPP+‐C14, preferentially accumulates in mitochondria and selectively binds to cardiolipin, a key phospholipid of the inner mitochondrial membrane, causing loss of mitochondrial membrane potential, severe cellular ATP depletion, and calcium imbalance.

Divergent Responses of Bacterial Communities to Permafrost Degradation and Their Associations With Carbon Across Vertical Profiles

Bacterial α‐diversity decreases, but stochasticity and community stability increase across the 15 m‐depth vertical profiles and along the degraded gradient within the active layer. Hepatocyte Mettl3 Deficiency Drives Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis and Liver Fibrosis via Cholangiocyte‐Macrophage Crosstalk
