Mitochondria and Neuromast Tagging With Fluorescent Gallium‐Triapine Analogues: In Cellulo MP FLIM and Zebrafish Live Imaging

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Fluorescent BODIPY‐conjugated thiosemicarbazone ligands and their Ga(III), In(III), and Fe(III) complexes, inspired by Triapine, are developed as theranostic agents. Multiphoton FLIM and confocal microscopy in cancer cells and zebrafish reveal real‐time uptake, mitochondrial localisation, and whilst spectroscopic assays indicated preserved complex ...

Financial Integration for India Stock Market, a Fractional Cointegration Approach [PDF]

open access: yes
The Indian stock market is one of the earliest in Asia being in operation since 1875, but remained largely outside the global integration process until the late 1980s. A number of developing countries in concert with the International Finance Corporation

Inhibition of SIRT7 Overcomes Radioresistance in Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors by Reactivating MEN1 Expression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors frequently silence MEN1 through epigenetic mechanisms. Here, SIRT7 recruits DNMT1 to the MEN1 promoter, drives hypermethylation, and enhances DNA repair. Inhibiting SIRT7 restores MEN1, reduces MRN complex abundance, impairs double‐strand break repair, and sensitizes PanNET models to radiation, supporting SIRT7 as a ...

Leading economic indexes for New York State and New Jersey

open access: yes
The authors develop indexes of leading economic indicators for New York State and New Jersey over the 1972-99 period. They find that the leading indexes convey useful information about the future course of economic activity in both states.

Korean Stock Price Index Volatility and Japanese Stock Price Index Volatility

open access: yesAsia Europe Perspective Association, 2010
In this paper, I investigate empirically lead-lag relationship between KOSPI200 volatility and NIKKEI225 volatility. There is a strong economic relationship between Korea and Japan in investment and international trade. Previous studies have been concentrated on the first moment of stock price index and observed volatility.

Time‐Multiplexed Organic Electrochemical Transistor for Saliva‐Based Rapid Detection of Viral Proteins

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A time‐multiplexed nanobody‐functionalized organic electrochemical transistor enables rapid and sensitive detection of three respiratory viral proteins from saliva. Sequentially addressed multi‐gate electrodes on a shared channel achieve around 1 fm detection within 15 min without sample preprocessing. Clinical validation demonstrates high specificity,

Serial and cross-correlation in the Spanish Stock Market returns [PDF]

open access: yes
In this paper, we test if stock index prices follow random walks in the Spanish Stock Market by means of variance ratios. We find strong evidence of positive autocorrelation for both IGBM and IBEX35 daily returns until 1977, but not after that date ...

Interfacial Engineering by Metallic Ions and Organic Ammonium Ligand Passivation for Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A synergistic approach using phenethylammonium iodide (PEAI) and antimony iodide (SbI3) enhances the operational stabilities of perovskite solar cells by providing p‐type doping effect, suitable band energy alignment, reduced defect density, and minimized surface ion vacancies in the perovskite films.

Corals and Reef‐Dwelling Fish Regulate Carbon Storage and Cycling Processes in Coral Reef Ecosystems

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Coral reefs are biodiversity hotspots, yet their role in carbon storage and cycling remains poorly understood. Using field surveys and modeling in the South China Sea, we reveal the overlooked potential of carbon storage in reef ecosystems and how reef fish, corals, and surface sediment jointly shape reef carbon reservoirs.
