Alternative Approaches to Measuring House Price Inflation [PDF]

The paper uses data on sales of detached houses in a small Dutch town over 14 quarters starting at the first quarter of 2005 in order to compare various methods for constructing a house price index over this period. Four classes of methods are considered:

We report the development of biotinylated PEGylated bilirubin‐coated perfluoropentane (bt‐PEG‐BR@PFP) nanobubbles, a novel class of ROS‐activatable and dual‐modality contrast agents that amplify both ultrasound (US) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) signals in response to elevated ROS.

Kinsenoside Targets IDH1 to Restore Microglial Immune‐Metabolic Homeostasis for Alzheimer's Disease Therapy

Dysregulated TCA cycle contributes to Alzheimer's disease (AD) pathogenesis. Here, we show that microglial isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1) is a critical driver. Elevated IDH1 disrupts citrate metabolism and mitochondrial function, exacerbating AD pathology.

Hyperlipidemia Aggravates Alveolar Bone Loss via Periodontal Ligament Stem Cell Ferroptosis Through GSK3β Dependent Ubiquitin‐Mediated NRF2 Degradation

Lipid metabolic stress triggers ferroptosis in PDLSCs through the GSK3β/NRF2 pathway, thereby aggravating periodontal bone loss. Upregulated GSK3β promotes NRF2 ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation via β‐TrCP, suppressing NRF2 nuclear translocation and antioxidant target expression.
