The Analysis on Stock Price Synchronicity in China

This paper focuses on the stock price synchronicity in China. By constructing the variables and measuring the regression, we find that the synchronous stock price movement is pretty high in China. The synchronicity of stock price movement between the firm-specific stock and the market is measured by R2 in the market model.

De Novo Design of Membrane‐Targeting Antimicrobial Peptides Against Gram‐Negative Bacteria Using a Generative Artificial Intelligence Framework

Antimicrobial resistance caused by Gram‐negative bacteria remains difficult to overcome due to the protective outer membrane. To address this challenge, a multi‐condition constrained generative AI framework, GenMTAMP is proposed for de novo membrane‐targeting antimicrobial peptide design by integrating physicochemical and spatial structure descriptors.

A Wireless 3D Magneto‐Mechanical Stimulation Platform Drives In Situ Chondrogenic Commitment of Endogenous MSCs

An intracellular magneto‐mechanical platform utilizing MSC‐targeted nanomotors is developed. After intra‐articular delivery, these nanomotors target endogenous BMSCs and are actuated within lysosomes to execute trans‐planar rotational‐bouncing motions under a rotating‐fluctuating 3D magnetic field, generating amplified mechanical stimulation.

Mechanical Activation of Piezo1 Drives Osteoarthritis Through Kdm5c‐Mediated Epigenetic Silencing

Excessive mechanical stress activates Piezo1, triggering Ca2+‐dependent cytoskeletal forces that deform the nucleus and reduce H3K4me3. Kdm5c demethylates H3K4me3 at Col2a1 and Runx3 promoters.
