Aggressive angiomyxoma of the stomach: a novel site of a rare neoplasm

Aggressive angiomyxoma (AA) is a rare neoplasm of mesenchymal origin. It most commonly occurs in young women, predominantly in the pelvi-perineal region. We describe a case of AA arising from the lesser curvature of the stomach in a young woman who presented with a lump in the abdomen for 6 months.
