Ultrasound‐Actuated Gene Editing in Human Kidney Organoids
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Peptide‐stabilized nanoemulsions enable spatially controlled, ultrasound‐triggered delivery of gene‐editing proteins deep within human kidney organoid tissues. Focused acoustic pulses drive droplet vaporization, propelling cargo into target renal cells while preserving native tissue microarchitecture. This non‐viral platform improves both the depth and Michael A. Miller, Nicole Vo, Utkarsh, Ivan Sokirniy, Justin Pritchard, Benjamin S. Freedman, Scott H. The KM3NeT collaboration operates two water Cherenkov neutrino telescopes in the Mediterranean sea, ORCA and ARCA. The flux of atmospheric muons produced in cosmic ray air showers forms a background to the main objectives of KM3NeT/ORCA and KM3NeT/ARCA ...Guidi C., Chen A., James C. Advanced Science, EarlyView. The 10B‐enriched monocarbonyl analog of curcumin (BMAC) 10B‐9 enables site‐specific Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT) on amyloid‐β (Aβ) fibrils. Neutron irradiation induces histidine oxidation and fibril destabilization, as revealed by 1H‐NMR and FESEM analyses.Sebastiano Micocci, Stefano Parisotto, Diego Alberti, Alberto Lanfranco, Valeria Bitonto, Polyssena Renzi, Martina Salmi, Andrea Magnani, Federica Dal Bello, Katiuscia Pagano, Laura Ragona, Nicoletta Protti, Annamaria Deagostino, Simonetta Geninatti Crich +13 morewiley +1 more sourceHaplotype‐Resolved 3D Genomic Landscapes and Their Impacts on Agronomic Traits in Grapevine
Advanced Science, EarlyView. This study presents a haplotype‐resolved 3D genomic landscape of grapevine, revealing that structural variations (SVs) are closely associated with phased topologically associating domain (TAD) boundary transitions.
