ISABELLE as a muon storage facility
The possibility of using ISABELLE as a muon storage ring and as a source of electron neutrinos is discussed. An average intensity of about 10$sup 7$ muons per second or 3 x 10$sup 5$ neutrinos per second may be achievable.
