Modelling stem cell differentiation related processes—A practical overview for biologists
Stem cell differentiation is complex and difficult to control experimentally. This review introduces suitable computational modelling approaches that can support stem cell research, from mechanistic ODE and abstract models to multiscale and deep learning methods.

CT10 regulator of kinase (CRK) and CRK‐Like (CRKL) are signaling adaptors driving cell adhesion, motility, differentiation, and proliferation. SH2‐domain containing (SH) proteins are enriched in YXXP motifs which when phosphorylated create preferred binding sites for CRK family SH2 domains.

Application of Coding Theory in Field 5
The main aim of this paper introduce the relationship between the topic of coding theory and the projective plane of order five where special points were found in field 5, which is 31 points, in addition to 31 straight lines, and by applying the theorem

Protein aggregates threaten proteostasis and cell health. In human cells, Hsp70–J‐domain protein‐based disaggregases remove aggregates, but how they assemble remains unclear. Our biochemical findings show that DNAJA2‐ and DNAJB1‐containing disaggregase scaffolds enhance luciferase aggregate targeting, and that Hsp70 recruitment by both J‐domain ...

Reconstructing enzyme evolution by protein engineering
Natural enzyme evolution can be retraced by protein engineering methods such as directed evolution, rational design, and ancestral sequence reconstruction. These approaches reveal how enzymes emerged from ligand‐binding scaffolds, developed varying substrate preferences, formed oligomeric complexes, adapted to environmental changes, and evolved novel ...

Maximizing Maximal Angles for Plane Straight Line Graphs
Let G =(S, E) be a plane straight line graph on a finite point set S ⊂ R 2 in general position. For a point p ∈ S let the maximum incident angle of p in G be the maximum angle between any two edges of G that appear consecutively in the circular order of ...

The role of miR‐335‐5p in the redifferentiation of BRAF p.V600E thyroid cancers
The BRAF p.V600E mutation promotes thyroid cancer dedifferentiation and radioiodine resistance. Using a network approach, we identified miR‐335‐5p as a key regulator of BRAF‐mutated thyroid tumors. Restoring miR‐335‐5p increased thyroid‐specific gene expression and iodine uptake in cells and organoids.

Probabilistic and least-squares inference of the parameters of a straight-line model
Two methods are presented by which a straight line is to be fitted to a cloud of points in Cartesian coordinates. It is assumed that data are available in the form of a series of measurements in each coordinate, together with an assessment of their ...
