Immune Biomarkers of Islet Transplant Rejection Revealed by Synthetic Immunological Niche

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A subcutaneous synthetic immunological niche (IN) enables serial, minimally invasive monitoring of immune responses after islet transplantation. Flow cytometry and transcriptomic profiling of the IN reveal immune‐cell programs associated with graft acceptance and distinct types of rejection.

Low‐Density Lipoprotein Receptor‐Targeted Biomimetic Nanoplatform Suppresses Glioblastoma Stemness and Remodels Antitumor Immunity via Dual Metabolic Disruption

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A low‐density lipoprotein receptor‐oriented biomimetic nanoplatform couples brain‐tumor delivery with a mechanistically matched regorafenib‐erythrodiol combination. Concurrent disruption of autophagic nutrient salvage and cholesterol homeostasis collapses bioenergetic and signaling support, suppresses glioblastoma stemness, and promotes immunogenic ...

Improved Deformability of Co‐Free Medium Entropy Oxides by Controlled Entropy Destabilization

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Controlled entropy destabilization activates defect‐mediated plasticity in Co‐free (CuMgNiZn)O by promoting pre‐existing Cu‐rich secondary phases that serve as defect sources. Temperature‐dependent dislocation activity evolves from limited motion at room temperature to extensive glide and stacking‐fault formation at 600 °C, enabling improved plasticity

Decoupling Stable Cyclic Deformation From Defect Accumulation in Metals

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Introducing amorphous nanoparticles into a metal matrix enables a cyclic deformation regime where strain hardening and defect accumulation are decoupled. These nanoparticles act as dislocation sinks and undergo reversible shear transformations, sustaining microstructural stability over millions of cycles.
