Romiplostim use in pregnant women with immune thrombocytopenia
Abstract Treatment for immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) in pregnancy is hampered by the lack of fetal safety evidence of maternally‐administered medications. The Pregnancy Surveillance Program (PSP) collected patient information from 2017–2020 for pregnancy, birth outcomes, and adverse events (AEs) for 186 women exposed to romiplostim from 20 days before ...

Relativistic Model of Detonation Transition from Neutron to Strange Matter
We study the conversion of neutron matter into strange matter as a detonation wave. The detonation is assumed to originate from a central region in a spherically symmetric background of neutrons with a varying radial density distribution. We present self-

Mono‐ and bimetallic isoreticular MOF‐74 analogs with different ratios of Mg2+ and Ni2+ and linkers of different sizes and functionalities are synthesized and loaded with water. With the help of IR spectroscopy, semiquantitative conclusions are drawn regarding the prevalence of differently ordered water species in dependence on the confinement and ...

Universal relations for compact stars with exotic degrees of freedom
The nature of the highly dense matter inside the supernova remnant compact star is not constrained by terrestrial experiments and hence modeled phenomenologically to accommodate the astrophysical observations from compact stars. The observable properties

Kaon and antikaon optical potentials in isospin asymmetric hyperonic matter
The medium modifications of the energies of kaons and antikaons in isospin asymmetric hyperonic matter are investigated using a chiral SU(3) model. The isospin dependent medium effects, are important for asymmetric heavy ion collision experiments, as ...

The Rise of Refractory Transition‐Metal Nitride Films for Advanced Electronics and Plasmonics
Transition‐metal nitrides (TMNs) are exceptional materials with high stability, biocompatibility, and semiconductor integration, which have been extensively employed in various fields. However, the epitaxial growth of TMN films remains a challenge. The absence of high‐quality TMNs limits the understanding of their condensed matter physics and hinders ...

Strange hadron production at high baryon density [PDF]
Strange hadrons have been suggested as sensitive probes of the properties of the nuclear matter created in heavy-ion collisions. At few-GeV collision energies, the formed medium is baryon-rich due to baryon stopping effect.

Strange matter and its stability in presence of magnetic field [PDF]
We study the effect of a magnetic field on the interacting quark matter and apply to strange star. We considere the low temperature approximation to strange matter. We find that the interacting strange quark matter is more stable compare to free quark gas in presence of strong external magnetic field with zero and finite temperature.

Stability of magnetized strange quark matter in the MIT bag model with a density dependent bag pressure [PDF]
The stability of magnetized strange quark matter (MSQM) is studied in the MIT bag model with the density dependent bag pressure. In the consistent thermodynamic description of MSQM, the quark chemical potentials, the total thermodynamic potential and the

Photochromic compounds are versatile ingredients for the development of Chemical AI. When they are embedded in a tight microenvironment, they become Markov blankets. They are also valuable for processing Boolean and Fuzzy logic. They contribute to neuromorphic engineering in wetware based on opto‐chemical signals exchanged with oscillatory chemical ...
