Cannabinoid CB1 Receptor in Nociceptors Mediates Postoperative Analgesia via ASIC3 Inhibition

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CB1R and ASIC3 are co‐expressed in CGRP+ nociceptors of mouse DRG. Plantar incision triggers an upregulation of ASIC3 and activation of ASIC3+ neurons, driving mechanical allodynia. CB1R activation suppresses ASIC3 function and downstream ERK1/2 phosphorylation, thereby braking nociceptive signaling and accelerating pain resolution.

Acoustically Activatable Drug‐Loaded Nanodroplets for Mechanochemical Therapy in Solid Tumors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Microfluidically fabricated drug‐loaded nanodroplets are sequentially activated by dual‐frequency ultrasound through acoustic droplet vaporization followed by bubble collapse, enabling spatially controlled drug release and mechanical tumor fractionation, resulting in synergistic mechanochemotherapy and prolonged survival.

Performance and Environmental Impact of Flexible Temperature Sensors on Cellulose‐Based Substrate

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Toward low‐environmental‐impact approach to thin‐film sensors fabrication using natural ingredient‐based triacetyl cellulose (TAC) substrate. Temperature sensors are fabricated and characterized based on thermal and mechanical performance. Substrate recovery is demonstrated by facile dissolution of a Mo‐based sensor in deionized water.

Coexistence of Large Nernst Effect and Axis‐Dependent Conduction Polarity in Semimetal MoSi2

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
MoSi2${\rm MoSi}_2$ is a rare material in which axis‐dependent conduction polarity (ADCP) and a large ordinary Nernst effect (ONE) coexist. The pronounced ONE (199μVK−1$199\,\umu \mathrm {V}\,\mathrm {K}^{-1}$) originates from nearly perfect carrier compensation, high mobility, and likely phonon drag, while ADCP arises from mixed‐dimensionality of the ...
