ZnCl2 Post‐Treatment Enables High‐Efficiency Violet CsPbCl3 Quantum Dot LEDs

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
Schematic illustration of ZnCl2 post‐treatment–induced doping in CsPbCl3 quantum dots (QDs). ABSTRACT Perovskite light‐emitting diodes (LEDs) have achieved external quantum efficiencies (EQEs) above 20% in the red, green, and blue spectral regions, yet their efficiency rapidly declines as the bandgap widens for shorter‐wavelength emission.

Beyond Brown: Lignin's Emerging Role in Structural Color

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
Lignin, long regarded as a brown industrial byproduct, is emerging as a sustainable platform for structural color. This Perspective highlights how lignin's refractive index, intrinsic absorption, and nanoscale assembly enable tunable photonic responses in colloidal and thin‐film architectures, and outlines design strategies to advance scalable, bio ...

Information Transmission Strategies for Self‐Organized Robotic Aggregation

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
In this review, we discuss how information transmission influences the neighbor‐based self‐organized aggregation of swarm robots. We focus specifically on local interactions regarding information transfer and categorize previous studies based on the functions of the information exchanged.

Auto‐Routing Fluidic Printed Circuit Boards

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
This work introduces (STREAM) software tool for routing efficiently advanced macrofluidics, an open‐source software tool for automating the design of 3D‐printable fluidic circuit boards. STREAM streamlines tube routing and layout, enabling the rapid fabrication of fluidic networks for soft robotics, lab‐on‐a‐chip devices, microfluidics, and biohybrid ...

Improving the Robustness of Visual Teach‐and‐Repeat Navigation Using Drift Error Correction and Event‐Based Vision for Low‐Light Environments

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
Visual teach‐and‐repeat (VTR) navigation allows robots to learn and follow routes without building a full metric map. We show that navigation accuracy for VTR can be improved by integrating a topological map with error‐drift correction based on stereo vision.
