Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

A-HBR field is a tight sandstone oil reservoir with a threshold pressure gradient and a rock compressibility stress sensitivity. However, no existing approach could predict reasonable energy supplement time considering both of them.

Micromechanical analysis of kinematic hardening in natural clay
This paper presents a micromechanical analysis of the macroscopic behaviour of natural clay. A microstructural stress-strain model for clayey material has been developed which considers clay as a collection of clusters.

Targeted therapy was evaluated in SHH medulloblastoma using neuroepithelial stem cell (NES) and tumor‐derived NES‐like (tNES) models in 2D monolayers and 3D spheroids. PI3K, AKT, and CDK4/6 inhibitors had minimal effects in NES but markedly reduced viability and growth and induced apoptosis in tNES cells, revealing distinct therapeutic vulnerabilities.

Optimization of Welded Joints under Fatigue Loadings
In this paper, the notch effect in weldments has been investigated, and the optimal configuration of different types of welded joints has been analysed using the implicit gradient approach.

X-ray analysis of residual stress gradients in TiN coatings by a Laplace space approach and cross-sectional nanodiffraction: a critical comparison [PDF]
Novel scanning synchrotron cross-sectional nanobeam and conventional laboratory as well as synchrotron Laplace X-ray diffraction methods are used to characterize residual stresses in exemplary 11.5 µm-thick TiN coatings. Both real and Laplace space approaches reveal a homogeneous tensile stress state and a very pronounced compressive stress gradient in

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Flexure Analysis of Functionally Graded Plates Using {2,2}-Refined Zigzag Theory
This study investigates the flexure analysis of functionally graded (FG) plates using {2,2}-refined zigzag plate theory which considers transverse normal deformation along the thickness of plates.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Nonlocal Gradient Approach on Torsional Vibration of CNTs
The nonlocal strain gradient approach for torsional vibration of CNTs have been investigated in the present study. The effects of the stress and strain gradient small scale parameters on the non-dimensional frequencies have been obtained. Strain Gradient
