A Measure of Chronic Organizational Stress
Psychological Reports, 1986The Stress at Work Scale, which was derived from an earlier measure developed by Adams (1980), was tested for internal consistency, reliability, and convergent validity. Subjects were 202 full-time employed men and women. Results indicate it is useful for research.
