Terminal groups on Cu porphyrins modulate the electronic states of single‐atom Cu centers through a long‐range electronic effect, without altering the Cu coordination geometry. Electronics can be made on elastically stretchable skin. Such skins conform to irregularly curved surfaces and carry arrays of thin-film devices and integrated circuits. Stretchable circuits are made of diverse materials that span more than twelve orders of magnitude in elastic modulus.
