NDST3‐Induced Epigenetic Reprogramming Reverses Neurodegeneration in Parkinson's Disease
NDST3‐mediated epigenetic reprogramming revitalizes neuronal circuits in the substantia nigra and striatum to halt dopaminergic neuron degeneration and restore motor function in Parkinson's disease models. This strategy promotes neuronal maintenance and functional recovery, highlighting NDST3's therapeutic potential in neurodegenerative disorders ...

CellPolaris decodes how transcription factors guide cell fate by building gene regulatory networks from transcriptomic data using transfer learning. It generates tissue‐ and cell‐type‐specific networks, identifies master regulators in cell state transitions, and simulates TF perturbations in developmental processes.

Wedelolactone (WED), a natural TLR2 agonist, promotes neutrophil differentiation and enhances bactericidal function, offering a potential therapeutic strategy for neutropenia. Using a multi‐omics approach, this study reveals that WED activates the TLR2/MEK/ERK pathway, upregulating key transcription factors (PU.1, CEBPβ) to drive neutrophil development.

After more than 50 years from the Veneziano amplitude, the fundamental formulation of string theory (ST) remains elusive. On the one hand, there is the world-sheet formulation that is truly microscopic but which is only valid for infinitesimal string coupling and is highly background dependent.

The “gut‐joint axis” in knee synovitis is uncovered. Integrated multi‐omics studies are conducted in two independent osteoarthritis cohorts. Synovitis is characterized an increased F/B ratio, as well as alterations of 3‐HIA, geranic acid, and TWEAK. Upregulated TWEAK receptor is found in high‐grade synovitis, and inversely correlated with lower TWEAK ...

The T-dual symmetries of a bosonic string
We investigate whether the symmetry transformations of a bosonic string are connected by T-duality. We start with a standard closed string theory. We continue with a modified open string theory, modified to preserve the symmetry transformations possessed

Winding Number in String Field Theory
Motivated by the similarity between cubic string field theory (CSFT) and the Chern-Simons theory in three dimensions, we study the possibility of interpreting N=(\pi^2/3)\int(U Q_B U^{-1})^3 as a kind of winding number in CSFT taking quantized values. In

A Self‐Organized Liquid Reaction Container for Cellular Memory
How cells restore epigenetic information lost during replication is not known. This work proposes a mechanism based on the formation of biomolecular condensates. These condensates are induced by the chromosome itself and serve as reaction vessels for reconstructing missing epigenetic markers.

Novel string field theory with also negative energy constituents/objects gives Veneziano amplitude
We have proposed a new type of string field theory. The main point of the present article is to cure some technical troubles: missing two out three terms in Veneziano amplitude. Our novel string field theory, describes a theory with many strings in terms
