This study introduces a novel multi‐scale scaffold design using L‐fractals arranged in Archimedean tessellations for tissue regeneration. Despite similar porosity, tiles display vastly different tensile responses (1–100 MPa) and deformation modes. In vitro experiments with hMSCs show geometry‐dependent growth and activity. Over 55 000 tile combinations

A tale of two exponentiations in N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 8 supergravity at subleading level
High-energy massless gravitational scattering in N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 8 supergravity was recently analyzed at leading level in the deflection angle, uncovering an interesting connection between exponentiation of infrared divergences in momentum space ...

EVOLUTION OF A STRING NETWORK IN BACKGROUNDS WITH ROLLING HORIZONS [PDF]
We discuss the temporal variation of the equation of state of a classical string network, evolving in a background in which the Hubble radius 1/H shrinks to a minimum and then re-expands to infinity.

A previously unreported coordination motif stabilising single Fe atoms by indigo chelation and pyridyl coordination on Au(111) has been revealed. By using planar tritopic pyridyl linkers (TPyB), extended 2D porous networks of indigo3(TPyB)2Fe6 form. These networks can be crystalline or vitreous and offer an environment where individual coordination ...

Modular forms and SL(2, ℤ)-covariance of type IIB superstring theory
The local higher-derivative interactions that enter into the low-energy expansion of the effective action of type IIB superstring theory with constant complex modulus generally violate the U(1) R-symmetry of IIB supergravity by q U units.

Collective physics in the closed bosonic string [PDF]
A second-quantized analysis is performed to examine many-body phenomena in closed bosonic strings. The covariant nonpolynomial closed-string field theory is developed in terms of particle fields and shown to contain interactions triggering a nonperturbative condensation of the tachyon field.

A food‐grade cooling composite made from starch and recycled eggshell powder offers a scalable, ultra‐low‐cost solution for passive daytime radiative cooling. Easily prepared using basic kitchen tools, this material empowers communities, even in areas with limited infrastructure, to stay cooler during worsening summer heat waves.

Exotic branes in Exceptional Field Theory: E 7(7) and beyond
In recent years, it has been widely argued that the duality transformations of string and M-theory naturally imply the existence of so-called ‘exotic branes’ — low codimension objects with highly non-perturbative tensions, scaling as g s α for α ≤ −3. We

Holographic RG flows and Janus solutions from matter-coupled $$N=4$$ N = 4 gauged supergravity
We study an $$SO(2)\times SO(2)\times SO(2)\times SO(2)$$ S O ( 2 ) × S O ( 2 ) × S O ( 2 ) × S O ( 2 ) truncation of four-dimensional $$N=4$$ N = 4 gauged supergravity coupled to six vector multiplets with $$SO(4)\times SO(4)$$ S O ( 4 ) × S O ( 4 ...
