LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

Flutter Control of a Quasi-three-dimensional Wing in Simplified Unsteady Flow using Forced Jet [PDF]
One of the special topics in the aeroelastic field is the flutter of the airplane wing at an index speed called the flutter speed, which, if this phenomenon is not controlled, there will be a possibility of destroying the structure (airplane wing ...

Thermal N = 4 SYM theory as a 2D Coulomb gas
We consider N = 4 supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory with SU(N) gauge group at large N and at finite temperature on a spatial S^3. We show that, at finite weak 't Hooft coupling, the theory is naturally described as a two dimensional Coulomb gas of complex

We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.

On subregion holographic complexity and renormalization group flows
We investigate subregion holographic complexity in the context of renormalization group flow geometries. We use both the Poinca\'re slicing and the Janus ansatz as holographic duals to renormalization group flows in the boundary conformal field theory ...

Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

Theory of Anodic Stripping Voltammetry at Wall-Jet Electrodes. Simulation of Spatially Differential Stripping and Redeposition Phenomena [PDF]
Numerical simulations based on the time dependent backward implicit method are used to develop the theory of anodic stripping voltammetry carried out under hydrodynamic conditions using mercury thin film wall-jet electrodes. The peak shape is shown to be highly sensitive both to electrolyte flow rate and to the potential sweep rate.

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

Dissipative Visco-plastic Deformation in Dynamic Fracture: Tip Blunting and Velocity Selection
Dynamic fracture in a wide class of materials reveals "fracture energy" $\Gamma$ much larger than the expected nominal surface energy due to the formation of two fresh surfaces.
