Recovery of activation propagation and self-sustained oscillation abilities in stroke brain networks [PDF]
Healthy brain networks usually show highly efficient information communication and self-sustained oscillation abilities. However, how the brain network structure affects these dynamics after an injury (stroke) is not very clear. The recovery of structure and dynamics of stroke brain networks over time is still not known precisely. Based on the analysis

FUS Selectively Facilitates circRNAs Packing into Small Extracellular Vesicles within Hypoxia Neuron
This study aimed to unravel the role of FUS in the loading of functional circRNAs into neuronal sEVs under hypoxic conditions, which involves their aggregations in SGs and specific interaction between the FUS Zf_RanBP domain to regulate circRNA sorting in sEVs.

Bilirubin Targeting WNK1 to Alleviate NLRP3‐Mediated Neuroinflammation
At physiological concentrations, bilirubin binds to the kinase domain of WNK1, thereby augmenting its activity and facilitating the phosphorylation of downstream SPAK/OSR1. This phosphorylation inhibits KCC2 activity, leading to elevate intracellular chloride levels in neurons.

Ultralow‐Dimensionality Reduction for Identifying Critical Transitions by Spatial‐Temporal PCA
The proposed spatial‐temporal principal component analysis (stPCA) method analytically reduces high‐dimensional time‐series data to a single latent variable by transforming spatial information into temporal dynamics. By preserving the temporal properties of the original data, stPCA effectively identifies critical transitions and tipping points.
