Multiscale Organization of Neural Networks in a 3D Bioprinted Matrix
A 3D bioprint model of primary neurons has been engineered with a millimeter‐scale functional neural network, and it recapitulates in vivo transcriptomic features under both normal and disease conditions to the greatest extent. The successful integration of mature neurons and 3D bioprinting signifies a major advance in neuroscience modeling ...

This study introduces a novel, safe, and effective surgical technique: Cranial bone transport (CBT) to improve traumatic brain injury (TBI) outcomes in rats. CBT significantly accelerated skull defect bone repair in addition to its promoting effects on neurological function recovery. This work provides an alternative therapy for patients suffering from

This study uncovers a novel mechanism in which p300‑catalyzed lactylation of HMGB1 triggers nuclear export of the HMGB1‐TIAR complex, driving TIAR‐dependent SGs formation in the cytoplasm. Mass spectrometry and mutagenesis reveals that K177 lactylation is essential for this export and subsequent SGs formation.

Molecular Creep Induced Fatigue Rupture of Fibrin Clots
Fibrin networks in thrombi paradoxically exhibit low fatigue resistance despite high fracture energy, as cyclic loading triggers irreversible α‐to‐β transitions in fibrin molecules, causing molecular creep, crack propagation. Multiscale experiments, modeling reveal how nanoscale conformational damage accumulates, linking molecular disorder to ...

Upper Limb Motor Function Rehabilitation System Leveraging Pressure‐Sensitive Intent Recognition
A novel upper limb rehabilitation system for stroke patients combines liquid metal elastomer sensors with functional electrical stimulation (FES). By automatically adjusting stimulation intensity based on real‐time muscle force signals, the system enhances wrist movement capability (14° to 47° elevation) and aids neural recovery through heightened ...
