Uniform families of ergodic operator nets
We study mean ergodicity in amenable operator semigroups and establish the connection to the convergence of strong and weak ergodic nets. We then use these results in order to show the convergence of uniform families of ergodic nets that appear in ...

Generalized Lacunary Statistical Difference Sequence Spaces of Fractional Order
We generalize the lacunary statistical convergence by introducing the generalized difference operator Δνα of fractional order, where α is a proper fraction and ν=(νk) is any fixed sequence of nonzero real or complex numbers.

Eigenvalues and Stability Properties of Multiplication Operators and Multiplication Semigroups
We investigate uniform, strong, weak and almost weak stability of multiplication semigroups on Banach space valued $L^p$-spaces. We show that, under certain conditions, these properties can be characterized by analogous ones of the pointwise semigroups ...

Topological Wiener-Wintner theorems for amenable operator semigroups
Inspired by topological Wiener-Wintner theorems we study the mean ergodicity of amenable semigroups of Markov operators on $C(K)$ and show the connection to the convergence of strong and weak ergodic nets.

Strong Convergence on Iterative Methods of Cesàro Means for Nonexpansive Mapping in Banach Space
Two new iterations with Cesàro's means for nonexpansive mappings are proposed and the strong convergence is obtained as n→∞. Our main results extend and improve the corresponding results of Xu (2004), Song and Chen (2007), and Yao et al. (2009).

Multimodal integration of sex‐ and age‐related immune‐gene signatures with baseline tumor burden (TMTV1) improves prediction of treatment response in adolescents and young adults with classical Hodgkin lymphoma. Summary The study investigates how sex and age influence treatment response in paediatric, adolescent and young adult (AYA) classical Hodgkin ...

Damping Modification Factors for Pile–Induced Filtering Effect
ABSTRACT Period–dependent Damping Modification Factors are usually applied to the 5%–damped pseudo–acceleration response spectrum at free field conditions to derive the seismic demand for structures with damping ratio other than 5%. Likewise, the response spectrum at the foundation level of pile–supported structures may differ from the free field ...

Nurses' Handover Satisfaction: Development and Validation of the Handover Quality Questionnaire
ABSTRACT Background The handover process is a critical component of patient safety, enabling effective communication and the transfer of responsibility among nurses. However, despite their critical role, it is often compromised by interruptions, lack of standardization, and variability in practice, which may reduce quality and nurse satisfaction ...

Estimation of Econometric Models by Risk Minimization: A Stochastic Quasigradient Approach [PDF]
The paper presents a risk minimization approach to estimate a flexible form that meets a priori restrictions on slope and curvature by means of constraints on both the estimated parameters and the function values.
